How long does shipping take within the UK?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer an express shipping option at checkout which delivers within 1-2 business days for orders placed before 1 PM.
Will I have to pay import duties or customs fees?
No. Because all our stock is held in our UK-based warehouse, the price you see at checkout is final. You will not be charged any additional import duties or customs fees.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that certain items, like food or personal care products, may be exempt for hygiene reasons.
