Miyazaki Hattori Geo Yukihira Pot 15cm

Miyazaki Hattori Geo Yukihira Pot 15cm

Japanese cooking pot, 12cm long handle

  • 15cm width
  • 6cm height
  • 900ml capacity
  • 7-layer structure (18-8 stainless steel/aluminium/aluminium alloy/aluminium/aluminium alloy/18-0 stainless steel from the inside)

7-layer steel with an aluminium core sandwiched between layers of stainless steel and aluminium alloy, so it has very high thermal efficiency. It can be used not only on gas/electric hobs but also on 200V electromagnetic hobs (IH) as well as in the oven.

The simple design has no unnecessary flanges or edges on the bottom, making it easy to clean.

The handles and knobs are made of durable stainless steel so they won’t burn or crack and since they are directly attached, there is no need to worry about them coming off. The reduced contact area with the main body results in ‘cool handles ‘ that only get too hot to grip when the firepower used is unnecessarily strong.
